New all-time daily average records for STEP2 SCT, RT1 and SCC in December 2018

As in previous years, December was a record month for the STEP2 platform.

STEP2 SCT and STEP2 Card Clearing both saw new all-time daily average volume records with 21.1 million and 11 million payment transactions processed respectively. RT1 also reached a new daily average volume in December 2018 with 88 thousand transactions processed.
